At this stage, we:

  • Review site details or help with lot selection

2. Design & Plan

Your ideas become a plan.
Once we understand your vision, we work with you to design a floor plan and exterior that fit your lifestyle and property. We can start with a concept sketch or adapt an existing plan—always with your specific needs in mind.

During design, we:

  • Create initial floor plan concepts

  • Refine layouts to match your lifestyle

  • Develop exterior elevations

  • Provide a preliminary cost estimate

3. Bid & Approve

No surprises—just clarity.
When your design is ready, we provide a detailed proposal outlining your home’s specifications, finishes, and final price. We’ll review everything with you so you feel confident moving forward.

At this stage, we:

  • Finalize the scope of work

  • Review finish selections and allowances

  • Provide a clear, written contract and construction schedule

4. Build & Update

This is where the magic happens.
Our experienced construction team gets to work, keeping quality and craftsmanship front and center. You’ll receive regular updates, and we’ll schedule walkthroughs at key milestones.

Construction typically includes:

  • Site preparation and foundation

  • Framing, roofing, and exterior finishes

  • Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC installation

  • Interior finishes and final details

5. Move In — Welcome Home!

This is where your dream becomes reality!

We hand over the keys to your home and guide you through everything you need to know for a smooth transition.

What this stage could include:

  • A final orientation walkthrough, covering home systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), maintenance guidelines, and care tips.

  • Key handover, including access/security details and operation of home systems.

  • Welcome package, such as manuals, warranty details, and emergency contacts.

  • Post-move-in support, with a brief check-in to ensure satisfaction and answer any questions.

  • Celebration or welcome gesture—a thoughtful touch to acknowledge your new beginning.
