With more than 30 years of experience in custom home construction and outdoor living design, Brett Jones brings exceptional craftsmanship, leadership, and vision to his role as Director of Carpentry for the Stansell Custom Homes team. Known for his hands-on expertise and eye for detail, Brett has built a career on transforming client ideas into beautifully finished spaces that blend precision, practicality, and artistry.
Before joining Stansell, Brett served as Lead Builder at DeckMasters Patio, where he oversaw and completed more than 1,000 outdoor living projects—including patios, kitchens, decks, fire features, and pergolas—all executed with the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. His earlier experience as an independent custom home builder gave him a deep understanding of every phase of residential construction, from blueprint to final walkthrough. Colleagues and clients alike admire his collaborative spirit, clear communication, and problem-solving mindset, which consistently deliver outstanding results.
Brett’s love for building started in 1997, when he began framing and trimming houses. After decades of crafting dream homes for others, he and his wife Launda finally built their own forever home in 2020—a project that symbolized both his professional mastery and lifelong dedication to the craft.
